New Canaan High School Service League of Boys

Membership in NCHS Service League Of Boys is open to all boys attending New Canaan High School and their parents or guardians.  

 

Volunteer Hours:
Each student member of SLOBs is expected to contribute a minimum of 10 hours of service to SLOBs approved Philanthropies. A parent is asked to provide a minimum of 5 hours of service to SLOBs approved Philanthropies.

SLOB members will make best efforts to volunteer shifts that they have registered for or will find someone to take their place.

Meeting Attendance:
Each student member of SLOBs is expected to attend all 5 Meetings during the school year.  One absence is allowed.  If you miss more than one meeting, you must make up the absence by working 2 extra service hours. A parent must attend at least 3 of the 5 Meetings, preferably all of them.

Dues:
Annual dues are $35 for each student member of SLOBs, payable online or by check during membership registration or renewal. Checks should be sent to:
